  13. before using SmartBackup (now called "software"). Your use of this 
  14. software indicates your acceptance of this license agreement and 
  15. warranty stupukation.

  20. One registered copy of this software may either be used by a single 
  21. person who uses the software personally on one or more computers,
  22. or installed on a single workstation used nonsimultaneously by
  23. multiple people, but not both.

  25. You may access the registered version of this software through a 
  26. network, provided that you have obtained individual licenses for the
  27. software covering all workstations that will access the software
  28. through the network. For instance, if 8 different workstations will
  29. access this software on the network, each workstation must have its
  30. own license, regardless of whether they use this software at different
  31. times or concurrently.

  33. A site-license allows you to use this software on all PCs of
  34. one location (city) of a company. For instance, if your company has
  35. a branch in Los Angeles and bought a site license, the software
  36. may be installed on all PCs there. For the PCs in New York you need
  37. additional licenses.

  68. registered users, where you can always download the latest version of
